Creating a PD Dream account is straightforward and free. Head to the Register page, fill in your basic details — full name, email address, mobile number, and a strong password — then submit the form. You'll receive a verification message on your registered mobile or email. Once confirmed, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process usually takes under five minutes. You must be at least 21 years old to register and bet on PD Dream, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. During account verification, we may request a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, Philhealth ID, or driver's license) to confirm your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on PD Dream. Duplicate accounts are flagged by our system and may result in the suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any winnings. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, use the forgot password option or contact support — there's no need to create a second one.

You can update most profile details — such as your mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method — through your account dashboard after logging in. For changes to sensitive information like your full legal name or linked bank account, you'll need to contact our support team and provide supporting documents for verification. This extra step is there to protect you from unauthorized changes.

Account suspensions usually happen for one of a few reasons: incomplete KYC verification, suspicious login activity, duplicate account detection, or a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If your account is restricted, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. Contact support with the required documents to resolve the issue. Most legitimate cases are resolved within 24–48 hours.

A failed deposit can happen due to several reasons — incorrect account details, insufficient funds, or a temporary issue with the payment gateway. First, double-check the deposit details you entered. If the amount was deducted from your e-wallet or bank but your PD Dream balance didn't update, save the transaction reference number and contact our support team immediately. We'll trace the transaction and credit your account once confirmed.

PD Dream's Sabong section streams live e-sabong matches from licensed arenas in the Philippines. You watch the live feed and place your bet on either the Meron (red side) or Wala (blue side) before the fight starts. Once the match concludes and the result is declared, winnings are credited to your PD Dream wallet instantly. It's the same sabong experience you know, but accessible from anywhere in the country.

PD Dream's Baccarat section includes multiple variants such as Classic Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, and Live Dealer Baccarat streamed in HD with real dealers. A wagering requirement (or rollover) is the number of times you need to bet your bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. There's no cap on how many referrals you can make — the more friends you invite, the more you earn. Bonuses may not credit automatically for a few common reasons: the deposit didn't meet the minimum qualifying amount, the promo code wasn't entered before completing the deposit, or the promotion period had already ended.
