Once you confirm a bet at pd dream, it cannot be amended or cancelled. The odds displayed on the confirmation screen are the odds that apply to your wager. Live market prices change rapidly — always review the confirmation screen before submitting. Errors made after confirmation are not grounds for reversal.
pd dream provides deposit limits, session limits, and cooling-off periods. These tools are available in your account settings and on the Responsible Gaming page. Using these tools is entirely your choice — pd dream strongly encourages all players to set a budget before each session.

Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. pd dream uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
You must provide your real full name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details when registering at pd dream. This information must match the government-issued ID you submit for KYC verification. Using a nickname, pseudonym, or altered personal details will result in the account being flaged for review.
pd dream requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, SS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID, or driver's licence. Documents must be current, legible, and submitted in the format requested. pd dream may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address or payment method ownership.
All pd dream accounts are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). No other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your pd dream account, including your username, password, and any linked payment method details. The following obligations apply:
pd dream is not liable for losses arising from account compromise where the player failed to maintain reasonable security precautions. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly, pd dream will investigate and may freeze the account pending outcome.
Deposits at pd dream are accepted through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. By depositing at pd dream, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. pd dream is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines and may request evidence of fund source for large or unusual deposit patterns.
pd dream is not responsible for fees or delays imposed by third-party payment providers when a deposit is declined. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed where identified.
Withdrawals of real-money funds are processed back to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit as a standard security measure. Withdrawal requests require a verified KYC status before processing. Detailed timeframes and current withdrawal limits are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
pd dream may refuse a withdrawal if there is reason to believe the account has been used in breach of these terms, if KYC requirements have not been met, or if the withdrawal request does not comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. In such cases, pd dream will notify the player and explain the reason for the refusal where it is possible to do so without compromising any ongoing investigation.
The following rules apply to all bets placed on pd dream markets across sports betting, live casino, and sabong sections:
A bet is confirmed and binding at the moment player receives a bet confirmation from pd dream. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. If a bet is accepted in error due to an obvious pricing mistake (see Section 12), pd dream reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
pd dream sets minimum and maximum stake limits for each market. The current minimum bet at pd dream is ₱50. Maximum stake limits vary by market type, event, and individual account status. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
Odds on pre-match and live markets at pd dream are dynamic and may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet. The odds shown on the confirmation screen are the confirmed odds for your wager. pd dream strongly recommends reviewing the confirmation screen carefully before submitting.
Markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body, official referee, or pit judge (in the case of sabong). pd dream uses official sources for settlement. Unofficial or preliminary results are not used. In the event of a result discrepancy, pd dream will await the official confirmed result before settling the market.
If a sporting event is abandoned before the scheduled completion and the official governing body does not declare a result, pd dream will void all open bets on that event and return stakes to players' accounts. Postponed events that resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be settled on the rescheduled result unless pd dream specifies otherwise in the market description.
Live (in-play) betting at pd dream is subject to additional conditions given the real-time nature of the markets:
pd dream may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all pd dream promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
pd dream is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The platform provides tools help players manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings and are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from pd dream may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days,90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. pd dream will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any duplicate accounts opened by a self-excluded player.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period of not less than 7 days. pd dream will not honour requests to increase a deposit limit within the cooling-off period regardless of the reason given.
pd dream takes underage gambling very seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed pd dream, contact support immediately at support@pddream.com.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pd dream and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referal to law enforcement:
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or obvious pricing mistake, pd dream reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. An "obvious pricing mistake" is defined as a price that is materially inconsistent with the available market price for the same selection at that time — for example, a heavily favoured team priced at 10.00 when the correct price should be 1.25.
pd dream will make reasonable efforts to identify and void affected bets as quickly as possible. Players who knowingly place bets on obvious errors are in breach of these terms regardless of whether the bet is ultimately settled or voided.
pd dream's liability for technical errors is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected bet. No consequential or anticipated winings will be paid in respect of bets voided due to technical error.
pd dream reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time where:
Where an account is closed for a breach of terms rather than for regulatory reasons, pd dream will determine whether the account balance is returnable based on the nature and severity of the breach. Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@pddream.com. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days and any positive real-money balance will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method.
pd dream collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a pd dream account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pd dream will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment providers and KYC verification services is limited to what is necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification.
pd dream reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are made, pd dream will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.
Continued use of pd dream after the updated terms have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Players who close their account following a terms update are entitled to withdraw their real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal rules then in effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines. Any dispute arising between player and pd dream that cannot be resolved through the standard support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine regulatory and legal authorities.

Most account issues are resolved at this stage without the need for escalation.
pd dream's decisions on betting results, market settlement, and the application of these terms are final where they are based on the official result of a sporting event, the ruling of an authorised games official, or the application of these published terms to a specific situation. No pd dream decision will be reversed to the player's benefit solely on the basis of the player's personal disagrement with the outcome.
